Manager
My interview experience was great. The people were kind and the environment was supportive. It was clear they had read my application and were enthusiastic about learning more about me. It's a great company with excellent benefits. I genuinely enjoyed both of my interviews, which were conducted virtually.

Director of Data and Business Intelligence
Applied online and then a recruiter reached out to set up an interview. I had to schedule the interview 2 weeks out for some reason. After the 2-week wait, the recruiter emailed me 20 minutes before our scheduled time to say they weren't going to call because I only had 5 years of experience and they wanted someone with 7. They didn't apologize and just said they'd let me know if anything changes. I found this really disrespectful since my years of experience were obvious on my application and resume. Candidates put time into preparing for interviews and taking time out of their workday to speak with you. I'd avoid any company that treats you poorly before you even start working there.

Operations Associate
The interview process was quick and well-thought-out. I chatted with a recruiter and two people who would be my peers in the role, and everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. They were really fair throughout the process and kept me updated on where things stood the whole time.

Software Engineer
After I did a phone screen and a tech challenge, they invited me for a technical interview. Basically, someone is on screen with you, and you try to complete 2 technical challenges, and they review you based on that. The interviewers were really nice and encouraging though!
