First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vasion.
Field Marketing Manager
It was a long interview process, I went through five interviews that were each about 30-45 minutes. They were pretty chill and conversational. It was a huge waste of my time though because after my last interview, when they had already checked my references, I was told the job was being put on hold and changed.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Success Manager
I talked to the recruiter first, then the manager, and then some of my future coworkers. The last step was a Zoom call with the Director and the VP. It felt pretty standard. The whole thing took a few weeks.
- Can you describe how you would tell a customer "no"?
Designer
The interview process was smooth and went by quickly, which I appreciated. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, so I was able to speak openly and clearly. Overall, it was a positive and easy experience from start to finish. The entire process took about three weeks.
- What motivates your interest in applying to Vasion?
Director of Product Marketing
It started with a recruiter call, then I spoke with the hiring VP on Zoom. After that, there were 5 more Zoom interviews, one of which was a panel. So that's 7 interviews in total with 10 people. Then I had to drive to St. George for more interviews with folks I'd already met and some new faces. I also had lunch with two of them and the CEO. To wrap it up, I had 3 more back-to-back interviews. All in all, I met and interviewed 15 times for what seems like a mid-level role! The whole process felt like they were looking for 'gotchas'. The worst part was the CPO, who I met three times and who invited me to St. George, didn't even thank me for coming. He didn't show up to say goodbye when I left, and he never replied to my thank you email. Honestly, after all that, I wouldn't have been happy working there.
