It's a really good interview process, they asked relevant questions and answers. They covered .NET Core, .NET Web API, Entity Framework, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using Agile Scrum.

The hiring process here had 4 steps: first, a Manager Round to see my experience and skills; second, a Written Test to check my knowledge; third, the HOD Round for technical and departmental fit; and lastly, the HR Round where we talked about salary, joining, and if I'd fit in the company.

First, they looked at our resumes to see if we fit the job. Then, we had to do some coding challenges to check our skills and how we solve problems. After that, there was a technical interview where they asked more about our coding knowledge and how we approach problems. They also did a behavioral interview to see how we handle teamwork, pressure, and communicate. The last part was a big talk about our past projects, how we built things, why we made certain choices, and if we'd fit into the company culture.

The interview process was of moderate difficulty, with confidence and body language being checked over a video call, so no in-person meetings were needed. There were 2 rounds, and the last was an HR round. An offer letter was rolled out pretty fast, and onboarding was also fast. The difficulty was very average, it seemed like they wanted to close the vacancy.
