Sales Director
The interview process involved an initial phone video interview with no one else present. This was followed by a final video interview that included a role-play exercise with someone from Atlanta. A technical issue with the video software during the final role-play, where I was asked to call the company and pretend to be a customer to prepare for the video role-play, caused a problem. The software failed me at the end, and she didn't believe me. Despite this and my negative experience, I still managed to sell the girl the full package or proposal #1, but she still didn't pass me. My 15 years of sales and sales management experience apparently intimidated the young interviewer in Atlanta. It was a very unprofessional experience.
- Tell me about your sales background.
- Did you call in and pretend to be a customer?

Sales Director
The interview process had a lot of tech elements. First, I did an online assessment. Then, I had a virtual interview where I answered pre-recorded video questions. Many questions were typical sales interview questions, with some leadership ones mixed in. After that, I had a live video interview with my potential boss. A lot of the questions were similar to the pre-recorded ones, but it also let me show more of my interaction skills and personality. That was the last step, and I got an offer that week.
- Can you discuss an instance where you failed to meet a personal or assigned goal?
- Share an experience of not meeting a goal you set for yourself or one that was given to you.
Director of Sales
Applied on their website and got a phone interview invite super fast, like a day or two later. It was a quick 15-minute call. She gave me the company lowdown and asked me to share my story. Then, I got an email for a role-play Skype interview with a director about the SAT. Honestly, the only prep I could think of was checking out their website. I felt pretty lost on their whole process and procedures. It was definitely an interesting experience.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- Can you walk me through your experience and background?
