i had to do a video interview where i was asked pre-recorded questions. i was given a couple minutes to prepare and then record myself answering. it was a little intimidating because if i messed up my wording i couldn't "talk" my way through it. i honestly felt stupid doing the interview and wish it could have been live.

It was a multi-step interview process. I had too many phone interviews and never got to a Skype interview. I think it could have been wrapped up in less than 4 phone calls. The first two interviews were a bit different, but the last two asked the same questions by two different people.

It was a virtual call with some basic interview questions! The interviewer was personable and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. The interview was conducted via Google Meets, which was easy to set up and use. They also responded quickly.
