It's gonna be three rounds. Two technical interview rounds, first one is a sourcing round and the second one has technical questions about your current and past roles, the role you are interviewing for, and the skills needed for it.
- Tell me about the clients and skill sets you have experience hiring for.

The hiring journey usually goes like this, though it can change depending on the company and role: First, you gotta figure out what skills you need and who you're gonna ask to interview people. Then, you look at all the applications to find the ones that seem like a good fit. After that, there's a quick chat to see if the candidate is really interested and meets the basic requirements. If they seem promising, you set up more interviews, which might include talking about past experiences, testing specific job skills, or having a group of interviewers talk to them. Sometimes, there's a practical test or assignment to see how they actually do the work. Before making a decision, you'll likely check references to confirm their work history. Finally, you weigh all the feedback and pick the best person, then make them a job offer with all the details. Once they accept, you get them started with the onboarding process.
- Can you discuss a project from your resume, including its objective and timeline?
HR Recruiter
It went very well. The recruiter seemed very friendly and I had a nice time in the interview. It has been one week since I took the interview and there is no response till now. Waiting for the confirmation from the other hand.
- Are you comfortable working in rotating shifts?
Sharepoint Developer
The interview process started with an online assessment covering SPFX, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, all in MCQ format. This was followed by a technical interview with a team member and the team lead, where they thoroughly reviewed my resume line by line. The final round was with the Head of Department, which began with managerial questions, then moved to very tough technical questions. I'm still awaiting the outcome, but I suspect I might not have proceeded due to lacking experience in connecting SPFX with external APIs, which seemed to be a point of concern for the Head.
- Be ready to discuss everything on your resume and in the job description.
