I went through four interviews which all seemed to go great. I spoke with the hiring manager, the director, and the team. There was also a technical interview with two team members where we looked at some of their code and they asked me to fix a bug. The other interviews were pretty relaxed and I just talked about my past work. The director even said something like 'when we send you an offer', which made me hopeful. But then, radio silence for months despite me emailing the recruiter a lot. They never got back to me or sent an offer. Every time I asked, they'd say 'next week' or 'in two weeks' and then just disappear. It's pretty rude and unprofessional. It makes me wonder how they treat their actual employees.

So first there was an aptitude test with two parts, MCQs and a coding round. The MCQs had 30 questions on quant, computer fundamentals, oops, os, C#, and data structures. The coding round had one easy problem, but the test cases were tough, so only 2 out of 250 people passed. There was a cutoff for each section. Then, 15 of us were called for interviews the next day in Pune. Depending on performance, there were 1 or 2 interviews. I had one that was technical plus HR, lasting 2 hours 15 minutes. It was mostly algorithms and problem-solving on a whiteboard, with questions on databases, data structures, and class design. I stood for about 1.5 hours doing problem-solving, class design, and writing SQL queries on the whiteboard. It was the best interview experience ever. Towards the end, they asked some simple HR questions and hinted I might get selected, but I wasn't sure until the results came out.

The interview process was pretty good. It was a one-day thing with a Technical Test, Technical Interview, Managerial Interview, and finally an HR round. The test had 40 MCQs covering Java, Javascript, AngularJs, Angular2, Jquery, Ajax, and databases. If you passed that, HR set up the Technical Interview with two associates. This round was pretty challenging, with questions on both Java and Angular, and it was moderately difficult. After that, I had the Managerial round. The manager seemed really knowledgeable and educated, and super chill. That round focused more on my past experience and reasons for seeking a new job. The last round was HR, where we talked about salary and company perks. The HR team was really nice.
