Easy interview. Got interview through a job fair. They called me for main interview after a few days to there office. The company is mid-sized in Kolkata with many BPO vacancies. The salary offered was INR 10-11k/M for a B.Tech graduate with 11-12 hours of duty, which led me to decline the offer.

The interview process started with an initial HR recruiter telephonic screening. This was followed by another 30-minute telephonic interview that was scheduled. The next day, there was a 1:1 interview lasting 45 minutes, which also included a skill-set test. On the third day, I had a panel interview where I was asked to present an upcoming implementation I would undertake if hired.
