I had a phone interview. I didn't get further in the process, so I don't know the rest of it. It seems like a nice company to work for. The interviewer was friendly, it just didn't work out.

The interviewer started by asking why I'm applying. I explained I just finished school and am really interested in how the company mixes tech and sustainability. Then, they asked about my strengths, and I highlighted my analytical skills and teamwork. I gave an example from an internship where I improved a process by using software to automate data, which made things more efficient. To wrap up, I mentioned wanting a leadership role in five years and continuing to help the company grow.

First, I had to create and send over some banner ads and then outline a strategy for a sample campaign. After that, we had a phone interview. Later, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met the whole marketing team. Meeting everyone at once was a little nerve-wracking, but they were all really nice and professional. It was a great experience overall.

I applied online and heard back for an interview within a month. It looks like you have to pass a background and credit check before they'll even interview you. Experian sent me a notice that the Credit Union checked my credit before they called me. They seemed to interview everyone on the same day and make a decision that day too. I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant manager. They asked typical questions about customer service, handling cash, and teamwork. There's also a skills test you have to take, which is about 45 minutes. It covers data entry, typing, and cash handling. If you've handled cash before for work, you should do fine on it. I got a call with an offer by the end of the day. Everyone seemed really nice and happy with their jobs. This credit union starts Tellers at a higher pay rate than other places, based on what I've seen on PayScale, but I do have a lot of retail experience, which might have influenced my starting pay.
