I had a phone interview and then an in-person one. It was really professional and the people were nice. They showed me around the lab during the in-person interview. They asked about my education and if I could handle the job and get the samples processed.

The interview process spanned two days with many people, which was inconvenient given my current job. It was frustrating and stressful because interviewers consistently went over the one-hour time limit, requiring a second trip to the job site for more interviews. This was followed by a Skype interview with a psychiatrist, which they said was standard for all applicants. The staffing agency was surprised by this and investigated. Apparently, another applicant for the same role had a similar experience. The customer service manager, Diane Berry, was nice but too longwinded and should have kept interviewers on schedule. The whole process felt like a huge waste of time, especially the personality evaluation and subsequent psychiatrist interview via Skype, which seemed excessive after the initial evaluation.

I applied through Indeed and got a call a month later. I did the pre-screen questions. The following week, they called saying they wanted to meet and asked for my availability. I gave them my dates, but they didn't get back to me. I had to follow up with them to confirm the dates, which was weird because I had to chase after them. I got to the location and met two people: the Supply Chain Manager and the HR Director. It was a good experience, and they asked some tough questions.

First, you'll have a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager to discuss your previous job duties. If you pass that, there's a second round with the VP, HR, and a Senior Associate. After that, if you pass, you'll take an IQ test that includes reading, logic, quantitative reasoning, pattern recognition, and error identification. Finally, there's a background check and an offer.
