First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vantage Marketing.
Sales Representative
I had two interviews. First one I passed, then I got invited to the second round where we had a more detailed discussion and a role-play sales scenario. It took about two weeks total from applying to the final interview. It was a good experience to learn about the company's expectations and work environment.
- Could you please simulate a sales scenario for me?
Communications Assistant
The interview process was really strange and gimmicky. They didn't mention beforehand that multiple people would be interviewed simultaneously. When I joined the call, it felt more like a sales role than a communications assistant. I ended up declining the second Zoom interview because it felt off and not right.

Marketing
The interview questions were pretty average and made sense. The interviewer was really nice, giving me time to think and answer, and they paid attention to what I said. All in all, the difficulty felt okay.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you walk me through your past work experience?
- What successful events and projects have you been involved in?
Executive
The interview was alright, with questions that I'd call average difficulty. The interviewer was nice. Anyone with a marketing background could handle the questions, so just study up and you should be good.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
