Director of Sales and Marketing
It was a 2 tier interview process, but the guy who hired me ended up getting fired later... basically, they bring in the first guy to see if you have the right personality for the job. The second guy then goes over you with a fine-tooth comb. Personality is important, but they also want to make sure you're hardworking enough to deliver. So, it's kinda more like a 3 tier process: you file an application, then there's a call to set up an interview, then the first interview guy, and then the second interview guy.
- Are you a hardworking person, and what traits demonstrate that?
- Could you describe what makes you a hardworking individual?
Administrative Assistant
I got a 30-minute call asking a bunch of questions, then the next day they scheduled an in-person interview. It was with two managers and lasted about 2 hours. Then I had another 45-minute meeting. The following week I had an hour and a half interview over Teams with the director/CEO. After that, I didn't hear anything for 4-5 weeks. They really do ghost people, reviews were right. The interviewers talk most of the time and ask philosophical questions. They have zero people skills, it's uncomfortable.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your education, and your previous roles? What are your aspirations?
- What led you to attend your university and pursue your specific degree?

- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Analytical Chemist
The interview process was really awkward. The lab was super dirty and it seemed like they weren't following lab safety rules at all. I didn't get a good vibe from it, so I wouldn't recommend it. The lab just didn't feel safe and was very disorganized.
- Can you tell me about your experience working in this kind of environment?
- Do you have any preferences regarding shifts?
