Since it was during Covid, we had a Zoom meeting and the interviewers made me feel very comfortable and personable. At the same time they were testing me to see what I was made of.

First, there are two interviews. After the first one, they invite you to a second interview. In this second one, they go more in depth. You sit at a table with the COO, the hiring manager, his boss, and the boss above the hiring manager, and an HR rep.

The interview process was a good experience in my opinion. There were two interviews within a week. First, I met with HR, the direct supervisor, and the department head. A day or two later, I was called for a follow-up interview. This interview was larger, including department heads and the founder and CEO. It seemed intimidating initially, but they simply wanted to meet and converse with a potential employee to gauge their personality. After a few minutes at the large conference table with everyone, I was no longer nervous, and we were all smiling and laughing.

I talked to several managers, some of higher levels than others. The interview was chill and I learned a lot. The questions weren't that hard, but it can be a bit much being at a table with upper management, though they were good about making you feel at ease.
