I was contacted by a recruiter. The first call was a phone screen where they went over the role. We determined there was a mutual fit based on my experience and the industry. However, after a few weeks of back and forth, the company never got back to the recruiter with feedback on the role.

The review process was solid and fair. After I submitted the online application, I was quickly connected with an HR rep. They set up a call for me and a senior interviewer. They seemed friendly and professional, and it's clear they're a thriving company!

I went through a recruitment process with Vanguard Associated. There were three 30-minute virtual interviews that happened about 1-2 weeks apart with different people. I talked to an HR person, a Development Director, and a Senior Development Director. After the third interview, a recruiter called and said the feedback was great, they were excited, and I should hear back in two days about possibly meeting more people because it's a new team. Two days later, the recruiter called and said they didn't think I had the right energy for the team and wasn't enthusiastic enough about the job, so they weren't interested anymore.

Behavioral

It was a pretty casual interview process with a lot of standard questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what are your strengths,' and 'what are your weaknesses.' It was a bit unclear what they were really looking for. I'm not sure how many rounds they usually do. The roles they seemed to be hiring for were entry-level and offered flexibility in terms of starting points.
