First, they'll cover some logistical points, like if you're okay with relocating, if you have a car for commuting, and your salary expectations. After that, they'll ask you some questions related to your background in program management.

I applied to a few different Program Manager roles online and got two email invites for a HireView process for two separate roles. Since I don't have a personal computer, I had to buy one just for this, which was a big mistake. I really disliked the HireView process and had to reword my answers a few times to fit the time limits, which was frustrating. I never heard back after submitting my responses. This whole experience has left me with a bad impression of the company, and I won't be doing any more One Way Interviews.

I applied online and heard back about a month later. The first step was an automated one-way video interview. I had to answer 6 questions, with only a minute for each answer, and I could re-record as many times as I wanted before submitting. It felt a bit awkward since it was my first time doing this kind of interview and I couldn't get immediate feedback. About two weeks after submitting my video, I got an automatic rejection.
