Behavioral

It was a fun, casual conversation. The interviewer was super friendly. They asked me some behavioral questions, like 'Why MBA?' and 'Why this school?'. They also asked me to introduce myself, but to keep it concise and within the 90-120 second range.

Got recruited at a career fair where they really talked up the campus environment. Then applied online. They invited me for a visit (they paid for it). I met with 4 professors, and each one interviewed me one-on-one for at least 30 minutes. They wanted to know about my specific interests and how I'd fit into their lab and the department. The community seems really open and relaxed, but there's definitely some office politics. Some people there are super lazy, others are swamped.

After submitting an application, which is free and online, there was a day-long interview process. The interview itself was pretty standard, much like what other schools would ask. It involved discussing my prior research work and my interests in the field.
