They asked a lot about my past experience and qualifications for the job. They really wanted to know how I could use my skills in the role and what I could bring to the company. The interview was with a few staff members and lasted more than 30 minutes.

So the interview process was super long. First, there was a general chat with a Talent Recruiter who then passed it on to the hiring manager. After that, another phone interview, and then a third one, in person. The hiring manager even took me to lunch, and then I met a whole group of people, including the Executive Director. They asked pretty general questions, and everyone was really helpful and gave good info. They're totally open to questions, so make sure you have some ready. Also, bring an extra copy of your resume because, even though they said the hiring manager shared it, some folks didn't have it handy. The job wasn't exactly like the online description, but they were all super clear about what they expect. All in all, it was a decent interview experience.

I first had a briefing with their HR department. After that, I had a Zoom call with the Deans, although I wasn't given their names or titles beforehand, which made it a bit awkward.
