The interview process changes depending on the office. For example, I went through one interview that lasted two months. Everyone seemed pleased with my work, and they said they'd let me know by the next week. But, I didn't hear back until two weeks later when they told me the job was canceled for no specific reason. On the other hand, with another office, the whole thing was super fast. From applying to my first day, it only took a month.

There were three interviews total. Two were virtual and one was in person, which also included a tour of the department. I met with five people in total. Everyone was very welcoming. The in-person part involved sitting down with different members of the department who asked me questions and got to know me.

The process was extremely slow, taking three months. There were hardly any updates, and many excuses were given. The HR department at the law school is terrible. I should have reconsidered accepting the offer. The HR lady makes it sound good, but it's really not.
