The interview process was way too long, honestly. I mean, I took the job, but I almost didn't because of how many steps there were. So, first, I had a quick 15-minute virtual call with HR/Recruiting. Then, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager virtually for about an hour. After that, I had a really long day of four different in-person interviews that lasted about 3.5 hours in total – talked to a bunch of people from different teams, including HR, other departments, and even the CEO's son. Then, I met with the Hiring Manager again, this time in person for an hour. Finally, I had a virtual chat with the CEO, which was supposed to be 30 minutes but ran short because he was late, so it was only 15 minutes.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The job was listed as a healthcare educator and outreach manager but it was really a case manager position. This was pointed out repeatedly during the interview process, so they should update their job listings. The interview lasted 3 hours and I spoke with 5 people back-to-back, which was quite tiring. Almost everyone I interviewed with was 10-15 minutes late. Most interviewers were pleasant and seemed to enjoy our conversation, but one person was rude and seemed uninterested. The HR representative stated they would provide an update the following day, but it took over a week to receive a response.
