For the immunizer role, there was a Zoom interview. It involved basic nursing questions about immunizations. Vancouver Coastal Health was really in need of casual immunizers for Covid, so it wasn't too challenging. The interviewer was nice and asked some situation-based questions, but mostly common sense ones.
