I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then an on-site interview with the accounting manager and the VP of Finance. The whole thing was about an hour long. They asked me some basic accounting questions and then told me about the job and the company.

For such a well established company, the interview was not what I expected. I interviewed on a panel of 3 employees and they had very minimal questions. The position was vague even upon asking questions and overall I just felt like I had to engage a lot with guiding the interview.

It was a straightforward process. First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. After that, I went directly into the main interview. The whole thing took about two weeks. The interviewers were really friendly and approachable.

Recruiter reached out on Day 1. Had a phone interview on Day 5, which went well. Then had two in-person interviews on Day 7 and Day 28, both of which also went well and I felt confident answering all their questions and connecting with the team. On Day 29, I was told they passed on my application because they felt I changed jobs too often, which I found strange given my resume was with them for a month and they never asked about it. I think it might be a clubby atmosphere there, and they emphasized travel, suggesting they were looking for a certain 'look' rather than technical skills to put clients at ease, especially in West Virginia.
