I sent in my application and heard back pretty quickly for an in-person interview. The person I met with asked me some standard questions for about 15 minutes, typical for a part-time job in food service. They didn't end up offering me the position because of my availability.

They asked me to submit copies of my work and when I followed up, it took them months to answer. Super disrespectful. It is fine if I was not qualified for the position, but when they ask a potential employee to do a project and share work, they should be timely with their correspondence.
