The interview process felt thorough but manageable. I did a test covering typing and drafting correspondence. Then, I met with leadership for the second interview. The final interview was with 3 partners, and I'd be working in teams under them.

I applied for the paralegal job on Feb 23rd. Got contacted two weeks later, and then had the interview another two weeks after that. The first hour was a writing test, and then I met with the founders, Marc Van Der Hout and Zachary Nightingale. I was super nervous but they were really nice and put me at ease. This place is good if you're looking for something stable long-term, as they don't typically hire unless someone leaves.

Applied with standard materials. Had a long interview with two firm principals and two senior associates. They asked really thorough questions about my relevant work experience, interest in the field, and motivation for past career choices. Nothing too tough, but they really went through my entire resume and my motivations at every step. Everyone was really friendly and pleasant.
