It was just a zoom meeting. They didn't ask any questions, they just wanted to know my start date and hours I'm available. It was a very simple interview. I have to go to a separate location for orientation. Overall it was a really quick and easy process.

Had about a 15-minute interview with the hiring manager on Google Meet. The store manager gave the approval in 3 days. After that, I did the background check and onboarding paperwork, which took about 5 days to get done.

The interview started well. They asked all the right questions and the manager seemed nice. After I was hired to work on the cars, the manager saw I was good with people and wanted to train me for the CSR position. They pushed quotas and ticket prices per car. I ended up leaving cause they wanted you to sell people stuff they didn't need.

Applied and got a call a few days later for a phone screen. This call was to confirm my experience, qualifications, schedule, and pay expectations. Then I had a second interview with a senior market recruiter and a supervisor. After that, I had a third interview with the talent acquisition manager. My fourth and final interview was with the market sales manager and market HRBP. All interviews went well, and after the fourth interview, I was asked to send a reference link to 5 previous coworkers, 2 of whom had to be previous managers. It took about 3 weeks and 4 interviews to get to this point. After being told it would take a week, I had to reach out almost 2 weeks after my final interview and reference check to see if they had made a decision and was told they decided to move forward with another candidate. The process moved pretty quickly and the recruiter kept in contact throughout most of it. Overall, I had a great interview experience, but I wish I didn't have to go through 4 interviews and a reference check just to not be offered the role.
