The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, followed by two virtual interviews. After a positive discussion with the hiring manager, I was moved to the final round. I was hopeful this meant I was on the right track, but then I was ghosted for a week. Eventually, I just got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. Considering how far I got, I expected at least a phone call and some specific feedback on why I wasn't selected. The company seems alright, but my experience mirrors the current tough hiring market.

Behavioral Other

This was a pretty straightforward interview process. Valve+Meter has a really open and friendly culture, so instead of the usual 'tell me about a time when' stuff, the hiring managers really try to get to know you to see if you'd be a good fit culturally. They're all about finding potential in people.

I had interviews with three different people, and they all asked the same questions. It felt like one interview, not three. They never got back to me, which was pretty unprofessional. I expected more from Valve and Meter.
