After my profile was shortlisted for the QA Analyst - Selenium Testing role at ValueLabs on December 7th, 2017, I got a call from the company recruiter. They set up a telephonic technical round with the Technical Lead. The interview was of medium difficulty and lasted for an hour. I was asked scenario-based questions about when to use automation, and also about Core Java and the Selenium Tool. The interviewer mentioned I would be contacted for further rounds, but I had to wait a long time for feedback. I eventually contacted the HR, who after some delay stated that they couldn't share feedback due to company policy. It was quite disappointing after spending an hour in the interview to not get any feedback, whether positive or negative.
