QA Engineer
So, first there are two internal technical rounds. After that, there's a technical round with the manager. If you pass those, then there's a final technical round with the client. Once the client gives the green light, HR will take over for the next steps.

Valuelabs provided a really disappointing interview experience. After I passed the first round, they pushed me to leave my current job early, saying I was almost certainly going to be hired, just needing a few more rounds. I trusted them and quit my job. Then, after two rounds with their senior team, I had a client interview and got rejected because they said I lacked experience and knowledge. This didn't make sense since it was different from the earlier feedback and their initial confidence. They left me jobless and in a tough spot, so HR scheduled me for another project. I passed their internal technical rounds again, but the client rejected me again with the same feedback. It's frustrating and feels like I was misled. If I didn't have the skills, why did they encourage me to quit my job and put me through so many rounds just to reject me at the end? Their management of the process was unprofessional and cost me my job.
- Can you discuss your experience with Cypress automation?
- What is your understanding of the ERP domain?
- Could you explain your approach to the test process?
QA Engineer
This interview process was a letdown. I passed the first round (L1), but the subsequent stages were disorganized. After L1, I was told there would be L2 and L3, but there were significant delays and confusion. HR took a week to confirm my PF details, and then unexpectedly, a communication skills check was needed. Scheduling this was difficult and felt disrespectful of my time. When the check finally happened, it was clear my skills weren't a fit, which made me question why I passed L1. Communicating with HR was also tough; it seemed like my concerns weren't heard, and they were too fixated on my past work. The overall disarray in this process highlights a need for improvement in their HR department. It was a waste of my time and unprofessional.
- Can you explain the QA process?
- Tell me about your experience with managing client stakeholders.
