The interview process had two levels. The first was a technical round, which I passed. The second was an L2 discussion that took place face-to-face. I didn't make it past the L2 discussion, even though I answered all the questions.

So, total 3 rounds happened and the whole thing took 3 days. Day 1 had the L1 interview. The HR called later and said I was shortlisted for L2. L2 happened on the 3rd day, and on that same day, they scheduled L3. I cleared all three rounds. Then, the HR asked for documents for background verification. She mentioned there would be one more round with the client, but that client round wasn't scheduled yet. It's pretty annoying that after clearing three rounds, we're stuck here.

Confirmed questions2 questions

The interview process is pretty neat. There are 3 rounds, sometimes including an HR or client round. After that, they won't release your offer for about 14 days, claiming it's not approved and making you believe it will be soon. Eventually, they'll tell you it's not happening and that your time was wasted. Then, they'll forward your resume to different projects and conduct interviews only to reject you in the initial rounds. It's like they're trying to make you feel better for not releasing your offer and wasting your time for weeks.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Interview Questions are standard but its the Management that stands out to be most un professional and unethical people you will come across in all of your career.
