The process was pretty standard. First, there was a quick chat to see if I was a fit, then a technical part, and finally a chat with the hiring manager. They were upfront about what they were looking for, and the communication was steady. Every stage was about seeing if I could actually do the work, not about trying to trip me up.

HR told me there would be two rounds. The first went okay, but the second got postponed twice because the interviewer didn't show up. When it finally happened, they asked about stuff I never even talked about. It was annoying, why waste time like that? Asking earlier would have saved everyone time. Terrible experience, I wouldn't work for Value Labs.

I was interviewed in Chicago. The interview process is pretty standard. First, there was a phone interview with HR, and then a couple of days later, I had a face-to-face with a senior QA to discuss my experience. The final round was an interview with the SVP. Everyone was nice, and it was a positive experience.
