Business Development Executive
It was 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews, and then a final round with Ram. I was pretty stoked when I got the offer since it's my first job. Overall it was a good experience, though I was a little bummed the salary could've been higher.
- Could you tell me about your experience with general B2B Sales?
- As a fresher, what do you think we expect from you?
Business Development Executive
First you had a GD Round about some general topic, then a One on One Discussion with Senior Level Executives. After that, there was a Discussion with Managerial level people where you were evaluated more on subject knowledge, GK, and passion for the job. Finally, there was a discussion with the SVP (Senior Vice President) covering basic maths, Current Affairs, and NEWS.
- Tell me about your subject matter expertise.
- How is your general awareness of current events and the world around you?
- What do you know about international markets like the US, UK, and Australia, including their time differences and currencies?
Business Development Executive
There were two in-person rounds. The first was with the Team Lead, and if you passed, you moved to the second round with the Manager. After clearing that, HR would call in a few days to discuss salary.
- Could you tell me about general Business Development concepts?
- What are your strategies for customer management?
- Describe your approach to selling a product.
