First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Value Consulting.
Project Manager
The recruiter was very prompt and communication was very clear and swift. They were very helpful. The interview was well planned and there was only one interview. Very easy since this was a contract job. It was more of a personal interview and based on my resume. People are nice and the company has an open culture. The teams are very virtual.
- How do you handle managing teams that are virtual?
- What makes you want to join our organization?
Systems Administrator
Started with a recruiter interview, then there was an online test and an interview with team leads. They asked questions about the company and questions to check soft skills. The recruiter interview is pretty standard, but the team interview can be a bit more complicated and might make you nervous.
- What's your approach when a teammate is reluctant to do their work?
Data Academy Trainee
It started with a first chat, as soon as this worked out for both sides you were invited for a second talk with another employee, again if this worked out you were invited for a third talk. If it still works out for both sides then they might make an offer.
- Tell me about your collaboration skills.
- What is your role in team collaborations?
SAP HRMS Consultant
I got referred by my friend and applied for the role. I received a call, and everything went well.
- Can you tell me about your total work experience and the skills you've utilized, along with detailed project information?
- What's prompting your job search, and what are your salary expectations?
- What is your expected compensation package?
