Got an email from the recruiter with a link to pick interview times. She told me why the role was open and why it was posted again. She described the team, what challenges they are facing, and what to expect next in the interviews. She also asked about my CV.

It was a two-step interview process with the recruiter and managers. They suggested two possible roles I could fit into. It seemed like they were focused on finding the right person for the job, and I didn't get much info on what they offered. I didn't get an offer because they felt I had too much energy for the company, which I found odd because business development is all about finding new approaches and meeting goals, which usually needs a lot of effort and enthusiasm for each client engagement.
