The interview process was really smooth and welcoming. The interviewer was relaxed and engaging, which made for a comfortable chat. It's a low-stress interview. They ask various questions that have evolved over time, but they're all pretty straightforward.

It was a one on one interview where they seemed to be reading from a list of questions. They asked the typical 'why do you want to work here' and 'do you work better in a group or alone' questions. They did pay attention to what I said though, and actually moved me to a different position that would be a better fit for me based on my answers. The paperwork part, which they called 'processing in,' was a real pain and confusing, but it eventually worked out.
