The interview process was smooth and professional. They first told me about the company, which was nice. Most of the questions were behavioral and went well. My advice is to be calm, honest, and yourself during the interview.

I had a really bad experience with a company that seemed like a scam. They advertised a job but it was really a 1099 gig, avoiding employer duties. During what they called an 'interview,' which was actually a group Zoom call with about 10-15 other people, it became obvious it wasn't a real job. I think the Department of Labor should look into these operations to see if they're deliberately structuring things to avoid payroll taxes.

This is a great company with good benefits, however, the interview process was not very organized. It was hard to get updates or schedule interviews, and the communication was vague. The recruiter seemed unprepared and new to the role, not knowing much about the job description.

I applied online and then got a phone call inviting me to an interview. I went in for the interview, and they offered me the job. It took about a few weeks to get all the reference checks done. Once that was finalized, I accepted the position and was able to give my previous employer 3.5 weeks' notice.
