The interview was relaxed, but very professional and informative. Be honest and bring questions. Know the program you want to work with. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Make sure you follow up with HR to get the interview and appropriately afterwards. Everyone is very friendly. Be professional, but don’t overdo it. Warmth goes a lot farther than an expensive suit and a fancy letterhead on your resume.

I was contacted by the hiring committee for an interview at the office. I met with two Team Leaders who had great chemistry and made me feel very comfortable. They explained the role and gave examples of the work. They also discussed the benefits package, including vacation and bonus policies. After this in-person interview, I had a second interview with an HR rep who formally reviewed benefits and extended an offer.

It was a very good experience, the interview was very thorough. The whole process would've been two interviews, as well as in front of the board and a job shadow trial before hiring. They decided to choose someone with more experience and more background within the medical field. Overall good experience tho.
