The interview process took many weeks and the communication was poor. HR struggled to get the correct information. They ended up offering me a pay rate suitable for an associate's degree holder because they claimed to have never heard of my master's degree program.

I applied online and they got back to me right away. We set up an interview for the next day because they were about to hire someone else. The interview went well, but they said it was important to come in person for the culture fit. I thought we might agree on some hybrid arrangement, but in the next interview, they said COVID was calming down, so it would be all in-person. I decided not to move forward. There were 2 interviews in total.

The clinic has a great interview process, managers really focus on training and making sure clinicians have what they need to handle their caseload. The hiring process moved fast and I was able to start a few weeks after they made the offer. Orientation was also great!
