First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Valle del Sol.
Case Manager
The interview process went well. The recruiter was upfront about the job and the salary. I was given the job description beforehand to get ready. The interview included questions about handling pressure and my background with mental health clients.
- How would you approach task prioritization?
Therapist
It was a quick interview, with a panel interview, but it was pretty straightforward and helpful. I don't recall everything because it was a while back, but I do remember looking at other people's feedback before I went in, and that really helped. Just be confident, and things should work out for you.
- What makes you want to join this organization?
Medical Assistant
i had two interviews with two supervisors and they asked a lot of interesting questions. they wanted to know if i knew plenty about the company and what it offers. they also talked about what the job consists of, the days and hours, and how medical charts should be completed.
- What are your thoughts on diversity and how would you interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds?
Team Lead
I didn't have a formal interview, I transitioned when the company took over Valencia Counseling Services. The regional director mentioned it was just a formality for the Arizona office. It was more of a casual get-to-know-you chat, very relaxed. The regional director also asked me some questions beyond the usual 12 standard ones.
- In a past situation, how did you handle conflict?
