It went well, they were very polite and I felt welcome. I was nervous but everything went well. Always try to smile and make the best eye contact because that shows confidence. Also make small talk, they are human!

I went through 3 interviews total. First was a questionnaire, then a phone interview. Once I got to the office, I had two separate interviews. I'm not sure if the managers liked my answers. I did get an offer, but the salary wasn't what the recruiter and I discussed. I had to turn it down since the offered rate was not what we talked about earlier. It just wasn't a good fit. I noticed the job posting kept reappearing on job sites and through different recruiters, and the title and pay changed often. It was also posted as a temporary role, which made me question the company culture.

I applied in person and then got a call back about 2 days later. There were a lot of people waiting for interviews, and they were doing one-on-one interviews. The interview was pretty straightforward, focusing on safety questions like 'what does safety mean to you?'. Two ladies interviewed me, one typing while the other asked questions. She seemed intimidating at first but was actually really nice. The next day, I got another call to schedule a second interview, which mostly covered the same questions. Since I didn't say where I wanted to work, they started me as a courtesy clerk. Then I had to fill out a lot of paperwork, followed by orientation that same week with other new hires. No experience was needed.

I submitted my application online and the whole thing took about a week to go through. Then, I was called in for a one-on-one chat with the HR person who was really nice. The questions weren't super hard, but I think I might have been a bit nervous, which might be why I didn't get the job.
