First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ValidaTek.
Business Analyst
Started with a quick and professional initial screening where they asked basic questions to see if I understood the role and if my salary needs could be met. Then, I had a very professional and straightforward interview with the hiring manager, focusing on relevant skills without tricky questions.
- What are your expectations for this position?
Configuration Analyst
The interview process was really smooth and they were welcoming from the start. Since I wasn't interviewing for a junior role, I could skip a lot of the basic questions and instead ask about project expertise. Once that was confirmed, onboarding was straightforward.
- What do you expect from this role, and how do you understand the equipment and mission standards?
Project Manager
It was a really good, positive interview. They asked me a lot about my work history. We talked a lot about what I'm looking for in a job. It felt like they were really trying to get to know me and see if I was a good fit. I took the job!
- Since you're currently employed, what's prompting your job search?
- What aspects of your current job or company do you find appealing?
- What aspects of your current job or company do you find unappealing?
Network Administrator
Interview was with PM. Non-intimidating interview questions about past roles. More to see if good fit. Maybe five questions total. Was offered role on spot. Processing was painless and started work within a few weeks of interview.
- Describe how you would troubleshoot a network.
