Designer
The interview was for a Designer role. They conducted a very random logic and basic math test during the interview without prior notice, even though it was initially stated that it would just be a conversation. I felt VERY uncomfortable! If they wanted an analyst instead of a Designer, they should have made it EXPLICIT in the job description and changed the title from Designer to PROJECTS ANALYST. The marketing manager was completely out of place during the interview, clearly disoriented, UNPREPARED, and possibly doesn't understand ANYTHING about how to describe a job opening. He said he wanted a Designer with an analytical profile who wouldn't create advertising or art. What???????????????? HELLO???? Do you even know what a Designer actually does??????
- The HR BP questions were good and dynamic for an initial chat.
- The questions from the Marketing Area Manager were HORRIBLE. A completely UNPREPARED professional for interviews.
HR Business Partner
I applied through the career page and was interviewed by the hiring manager. The conversation was quite fluid, the challenge was very interesting, but the experience became extremely negative due to the gap between the interview and the feedback. I was informed about the next steps during the initial chat, but there was a sudden disappearance of management with the vacancy frozen in the ATS and reopened after a few days. After sending emails and messages on LinkedIn, I was informed that the job had changed location, which actually favored me a lot since I live nearby. However, another gap of absence, and after two months, I received an automatic email saying the process was finalized. I found it disrespectful and consider my experience negative.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Tell me about a delivery you are proud of.
- What is the relationship between your experiences and the challenge of the position?
Fullstack Developer
The selection process I went through was very friendly. The fullstack technical interview was quite complete and allowed me to showcase my skills on both the frontend and backend. I was asked about different programming languages, frameworks, and software architectures, along with some real-time coding challenges. This helped me demonstrate my ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Regarding Java and Angular, can you explain OOP encapsulation?
- Can you describe inheritance and polymorphism in programming?
- In Angular, what are the ways components can communicate with each other?
Software Engineer
An interview with the direct manager is generally held, and their superior might also attend. They don't ask many questions; it's just to get to know you in person and see what you've studied. There's no technical test. Normally, whoever is interviewed gets hired, as the screening process isn't very thorough because you're interviewed directly by technical staff without going through HR.
- What is your educational background?
- Have you worked with .NET technologies?
- Are you proficient in programming?
