First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Valiant Solutions.
Senior SOC Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewers were really nice and asked questions that were challenging but fair for the role. I was told I should expect a call about an offer, but then they went silent and stopped replying to my emails. Their ethics are really bad; if they didn't want to hire me, they should have just let me know after three interviews instead of ghosting me.
- What specific Cyber Security questions were asked that aligned with the expected work level?
Software Engineer
had a small test to review my knowledge, then some small algorithm questions, then an in person knowledge test. Background check happened after the interview. They were quick to reply after the interview. They also asked questions about the software development process, and I asked about the solutions and patterns they follow as an employee.
- Can you write a small algorithm to find the sum of Fibonacci numbers?
Payroll Specialist
First they will call and then asked for you to a second interview in person. They ask basic questions and it was a quick process. Friendly people and was easy to talk to.
