I was referred after registering at the city's job center. When I got there, there was a line of about 50 people, and it took a long time for the interview to happen. When it did, it was very quick. The HR employee asked me about my previous experiences and explained how the company works. After that, she told me to wait, and within a week they would be making the selection to call candidates.
