First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Valeo Resources.
Project Manager
The interview process was well structured. It included questions about my background, my vision for the future, and my interest in the automotive industry. They also asked about my knowledge of innovation development and a user-centric approach.
- Can you share your basic career vision and what you see as your next steps?
- What is your general vision for your career path?
- What are your interests regarding the automotive sector?

the process was pretty straightforward but seemed a bit disorganized. I was expecting to be contacted for a second interview, but that never happened. However, I kept receiving emails from someone who I assume is their HR representative about attending an open house. When I asked her why I was getting these emails and if they were related to a second interview, she clarified that they were for first-round interviews.
- Can you tell me about a weakness you have?

I applied online, then did a video questionnaire and a test about professional motivators. After that, I had an in-person interview with two managers, one of whom was the owner. The office is in a nice location near downtown WPB, off Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
- What are your professional motivations concerning your goals?
Member Advocate
The interview process was simple. The first interview involved screening questions, followed by a second interview with HR staff. Two days later, a job offer was sent. The process seemed well organized and professional. I would recommend it to friends.
- What makes me a good candidate for this role?
