I met with someone from an investment firm that's investing in Valenz, and they handle the executive interviews. This interview was pretty standard for executive roles, focusing on KPIs, measuring efficiency, and your overall experience and knowledge in the field. I'm more of a hands-on person than a talker, as I've found that great candidates are rarely both.

Technical Behavioral

It was a long process with 3 rounds. First there was a phone call, followed by two team calls with the manager and some developers and product managers. HR was really slow to confirm interview slots, taking 1-2 weeks to get back after I sent my availability.

Behavioral Technical

Had one phone call with HR, then a behavioral interview with the team, and finally a technical interview about a project I developed that included QA features. We discussed the project a bit before moving on to talk about QA for an online application they're building.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was engaging and thorough, but not at all intimidating. They explained the process really clearly, which made it stress-free. I really liked learning more about the company and the job, and meeting the people I'd be working with daily.
