the whole thing took around a month. the first couple interviews were pretty standard, and then the last one was a case study which felt a bit unusual, not like a typical case study. but yeah, it was a good experience overall.

The recruiter was nice, and I had the chance to talk to fellow consultants and learned a lot about the company. There were a few rounds about my resume, but the most important was the last onsite semi-day where I would have multiple rounds where I would present my case study solution.

It was a quick and enjoyable interview process. I had a great time chatting with everyone I met, and I ended up speaking with about 7 people over the course of 3 days. The entire thing wrapped up in about two weeks. You'll be interviewed by really smart, senior-level folks who are great at answering questions and giving you a feel for the company. Just be ready to talk about your work history. It started with a 45-minute call (phone/Teams), then a 60-75 minute onsite, followed by a 3-hour semi-super day onsite.

I applied for a role I saw on LinkedIn. The whole thing took about two months, mostly because of the holidays. First, I talked to the recruiter and then met them for lunch, where we chatted about my background. Next, I had an hour-long in-office interview with a partner, covering my background, some behavioral stuff, and how I handle project execution. Then, I met another partner off-site for another hour, focusing on behavioral aspects and leadership. The final on-site round was a three-part process: an hour with the managing partner about leadership and project delivery, a case analysis where I had to whiteboard a solution and defend it to a panel, and finally, a presentation about a previous solution I implemented to solve a major business problem, walking them through how I built and delivered it.
