The owners were out of state, so the first interview was a Teams call. Then, I had an in-person interview at the spa. The owners were nice and the questions weren't too hard, pretty much what you'd expect.

I had a phone interview first. Then, I was invited to come in for an in-person interview with the office manager. The regional manager was there for the second interview too. It was kind of a bummer that the regional manager didn't know my job title or which office I was interviewing for. A few days after that, I got an offer by email.

The interview was pretty simple. I chatted with the lead injector at their office. She told me about the company and her experience, and then asked me a couple questions about my background. The whole thing was about 15 minutes.
