My interviewers were great and easy to talk to, all via Zoom. It was a casual, easy-going process that lasted about two weeks. The first round was more about the position, my background, work preferences, software experience (like Salesforce), resume questions, and preferred work culture. The second round was with the CMO, focusing more on technical skills with Salesforce and my resume. The third interview was all personality-based, asking about my strengths, dream marketing campaign, and preferred work culture. A week after the third interview, I got the offer.

The interview process was super easy. They started by asking me to talk a bit about myself and my background. I was asked about 5 basic STAR questions and why I wanted to work there.

I applied online and then got an email from HR pretty quickly. After that, I had a phone interview, and then they invited me for an in-person interview with the department manager and someone from HR. The interview itself felt really relaxed, almost like just chatting. HR called me the next day with an offer.

The process was not pressured and was very relaxed. They asked me about myself, my goals, and how I wanted to grow. They showed me from the very start that employees are valued, and the actions I've seen have proved it so far.
