The interview process is quite long. You could be rejected even after 7 rounds. They might ask questions that don't seem to relate to the job. The interview could last an hour, but you still might not get shortlisted.

the interview process was pretty straightforward, but I didn't like how they handled some things. the salary and incentives they talked about during the interview were way different from what they put in the offer, like much lower. when I turned down the offer and said I wanted something better, they just stopped talking to me. I thought it would be more honest and respectful, especially about the money stuff.

Started with a recruiter call to discuss the job role. Then, there was an online computer test followed by a scheduled telephonic interview that they initially forgot to conduct. After some follow-up emails, the telephonic round was rescheduled and completed. Next, I was invited for a face-to-face interview, but I had to wait outside their locked office for 45 minutes past the scheduled time. During the second interview round, they discussed business ethics and the practice of accepting an offer and then seeking a counter-offer, warning that such behavior could lead to blacklisting on IT forums, impacting future job prospects. After this second round, I followed up multiple times about the interview outcome, but even after two months, I haven't received any feedback. The reason given was a delay in client confirmation for the subsequent interview round. The entire experience was very unprofessional and unethical, showing no respect for candidates' time. I do not recommend this company. My advice is to provide timely feedback to candidates, regardless of the outcome.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The online computer test had questions that seemed unrelated to the job.
  • The telephonic round of interview involved basic questions.

I met Dominique at a career fair, then emailed her, and after her response, I had 3 interviews. First was a group interview at one of the venues, we talked in an open forum, then took a walking tour of the other venues V Group operates. The next step was a smaller group (3 people) interview with the director of operations. The final step was a solo interview. The people were friendly, making the process smooth and comfortable.
