The interview process went really well, and the staff I met were very friendly. Everyone seemed happy and dedicated to their work. The office space itself is nice and open, and it's in a cool, trendy area. They got back to me and extended an offer pretty quickly.

Was put forward for the position by a contact to the President. I spoke with her initially, and then met with her and her key executives. The process felt drawn out. Ultimately, I was unsatisfied with the outcome.

So this was honestly one of the worst interview experiences I've had. The first call was with this really rude guy. He even put me on hold mid-conversation to take another call and I could totally hear him talking to the other person! Despite that mess, they invited me in for an in-person. I met him again, and he was even ruder, constantly checking his phone while I was speaking. If someone's that busy they can't focus on a potential hire, it says a lot. The rest of the people I met were nice enough, but you could just feel this negative vibe, like everyone hates it there. Plus, they really seemed to need someone for a Senior Strategist role, not an Account Supervisor. About 90% of the questions were about strategy, which is fine, but not for an Account Supervisor's pay. They never followed up after the in-person, and honestly, I'm so glad.

It was an average interview process, with background being the key focus. The HR manager seemed more interested in internal objectives than my fit within the organization, but overall it was a positive experience. The process began with a phone interview with the direct boss, followed by a one-on-one with HR, and concluded with a meeting with the Executive. A competitive offer was extended after the third interview.
