Director of Implementation
This was one of the best interview processes I've been through. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. I always knew where I stood, and they were swift in scheduling interviews. The whole process took about three weeks. The interviews were a mix of structured questions and conversation, which allowed both sides to get to know each other and discuss real company goals and challenges.

Fullstack Developer
First, a recruiter reached out via LinkedIn to schedule a meeting. The initial Zoom meeting with the recruiter was positive and friendly. Following that, I had a meeting with the VP of R&D. During this discussion, we talked about my work experience and past projects, and they provided an overview of the company. This conversation went well, and the VP mentioned the recruiter would follow up regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, I received no further communication, not even an email, despite sending one myself to inquire about the status. This lack of follow-up was unprofessional and inappropriate.

The Interviewing process consist of 5 stages. First, a preliminary HR interview in which you discuss your experience and hear about the job and the company in general. The second stage is a technical interview with the team leader. This stage is followed by another technical interview with the group leader / director. Both of these interviews are technical by nature, but has some mental aspects related to the job and the organizational values. the fourth stage is a second, in-depth HR interview. This interview has more of a sorting character and checks your mental side, to assure a good match with the organizational values. The last stage is a background check. They call one or more of your past collogues / managers for their insights.

My interview experience at UVeye was great. The recruiter was super professional and friendly from the start to the end. They scheduled interviews quickly and kept me in the loop, which made me feel good about applying. Every interview felt organized, and the recruiter made sure I knew what to expect and was ready. The interviewer also seemed interested in getting to know me better than just my resume, which was nice and made things feel relaxed. Also, I got feedback and updates fast, showing they're efficient and respect candidates' time.
